Case Studies

Challenge: A real-estate company was juggling several tools for rental administration, request tracking, and apartment renovations.
Solution: A custom management console: rental administration, ticketing with email notifications, itemized apartment-refresh forms, a document-fed AI chatbot, and role-based access.
Outcome: Everything in one place: every request tracked from open to resolved, forms automated, agencies and staff on a single tool.

Challenge: Permit B holders pay tax at source with no easy way to tell whether requesting ordinary taxation is worth it — a calculation usually left to experts.
Solution: A tax estimator that compares both taxation modes for cantons VD, VS, and GE, with browser-side document OCR, multilingual, and Swiss-hosted.
Outcome: An opaque question becomes a clear two-minute estimate, with a confidence range and the paperwork ready to send.

Challenge: Mental-health support is hard to reach the moment you actually need it.
Solution: A mobile app offering text and voice AI chat, therapist personas, guided exercises, and a resource library, on iOS and Android.
Outcome: Conversational support available day and night, shipped on iOS and Android, with built-in subscriptions.

Challenge: Faced with a job offer, candidates freeze: apply or not — and how to prepare?
Solution: A three-pillar platform: a Big Five personality profile, dual-lens offer analysis, then an AI-generated candidacy pack.
Outcome: "Should I apply?" becomes a clear, repeatable process backed by data rather than gut feeling.
