01How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually, because a showcase site and a business application are worlds apart. After the free audit, you get a fixed, detailed price: you know exactly what you're paying, with no surprises along the way. Most of our SME projects start in the low thousands of francs.
02How long does a project take?
A showcase site is usually delivered in 3 to 6 weeks. A custom application or a data dashboard takes 1 to 3 months depending on complexity. You get a clear timeline with the quote, and you watch the project progress in stages.
03Do you work with my existing tools?
Yes — that's often the whole point. We connect your current software (accounting, CRM, e-commerce, Excel, calendar…) rather than replacing everything. The goal is to remove double data entry and copy-pasting, not to force you to relearn everything.
04What happens after delivery?
We don't vanish once the invoice is paid. You get training to manage your own content, then ongoing support. You keep a single, reachable point of contact who knows your project.
05Is the free audit really free?
Yes, and with no commitment. In one hour we look at your business together and you walk away with something concrete: tasks to automate, numbers hiding in your data, or priority improvements for your site. We tell you honestly what's worth it and what can wait.
06I'm not technical at all — is that a problem?
Not at all — translating is exactly our job. We talk results and benefits, not jargon. You don't need to understand the code; you need to understand what it brings you, and we explain that in plain language.
07Why custom rather than WordPress or an off-the-shelf solution?
Off-the-shelf solutions are sometimes a great fit, and we'll tell you honestly if that's your case. But they quickly become slow, heavy to maintain, and vulnerable. We use modern technologies: faster, safer, and cheaper to keep running over time.
08Do you work with freelancers and small businesses?
Yes. Tradespeople, shops, accountants, freelancers, SMEs: size isn't a criterion. We adapt the solution to your budget and your real needs, not the other way around.
09Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. We're based in Monthey and happily travel across the Chablais, Valais, and the Lake Geneva region for the first conversations. The rest of the work is handled efficiently online, via video calls and email.
10Is my data safe?
Yes. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), favor reliable hosting, and never share your data. Security and confidentiality are built in from the design stage, not bolted on afterwards.
11How does billing work?
A fixed price stated up front, usually split into a few milestones (on order, mid-project, on delivery). No meter running, no hidden costs. For ongoing support, it's either on demand or a light monthly plan.
12What languages do you work in?
French and English, both written and spoken. We also build multilingual sites if you're targeting clients beyond French-speaking Switzerland.
